For tickets purchased online you can check your ticket history by logging into your account. Ticket numbers entered incorrectly may display an inaccurate result. It’s important to check your ticket at your nearest Outlet or in your ticket history if you are an online member.
All you need is to type the URL thelott.com on your mobile or web browser and click the ‘Results’ option in the primary navigation at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu select the ‘Check My Ticket’ option:
Now Enter your Ticket Number
Your Ticket Number is the 24-digit number that appears at the very top of your physical ticket.
Enter all 24 numbers shown at the top of your ticket into the input box – the site will automatic add the spaces in for you as you type so just keep entering the number on the ticket without any spaces.
It’s important to remember that Ticket Numbers entered incorrectly may display an inaccurate result.
Also you will notice a Camera button on your screen next to the Check My Ticket button. If you are visiting the website using a mobile or tablet device, or are using a desktop or laptop computer with a web camera enabled, you can scan the barcode at the bottom of your ticket to check the results of your ticket. Simply tap the camera button and follow the prompts on screen.
Next Tap the Check My Ticket button to check the results of your ticket
Once you tap the Check My Ticket button, the results of your ticket will appear on screen:
